Self-pickup

Self-pickup orders will be ready for pickup within 3 to 5 days. The pickup address will be sent to you after placing your order (Waterloo, ON).

Shipping Info

After your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will be provided a tracking number to help track your order.

Processing Time

All sets are hand-painted/made-to-order.

Since this is the case, all shipping orders will be dispatched within 4 days. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while I work on your order. If you require your order by a specific date, please try to order as soon as possible.

OOPS! I sent you the wrong address! What should I do?

If this ever happens, please contact me ASAP at [email protected], and I will change the address to the correct one. But if your order has already been processed and shipped, it's out of my hands.

Returns/Refunds

All sales are final. Items are non-refundable due to sanitary reasons. Please ensure you select your correct size when ordering. I am not responsible if the incorrect size is ordered. For more information on sizing, click here
